Let's Talk About Burnout

A dialogue for aspiring changemakers to explore their relationship to stress and to talk about burnout. During this workshop, you will:

  • Learn about signs and signals of burnout.
  • Connect with other changemakers who are also seeking to understand their relationships to stress, mental wellbeing*, and burnout.
  • Discuss, explore, and unpack systems and sources that contribute to burnout.
  • Collaborate together on strategies to manage our energy, support one another, and prevent burnout.

Winter Clothing Donations Drive

This holiday season, we are calling on you. We’ll be collecting used clothing or cash to help the Meeting Place continue their great work.

You can drop off winter jackets, clothes, scarves, mittens, bags, and hygiene products (pads, tampons, baby wipes, etc) to The Watershed Toronto from now until December 14th between 10 AM – 5 PM.

If these aren’t items you can donate and would still like to help, please donate by clicking the button below. This money will be used to specifically buy items listed above.

This year, the millennial voter demographic was the largest of all age groups and also predicted to be the most disengaged. We knew we had to do something so we worked together to host a 3 part project focused on youth voter engagement titled #UseYourVote.
